Hole machining tool
One is the tool that processes holes from solid materials, and the other is the tool that reprocesses the existing holes on the workpiece.
Commonly used drill bits mainly include fried dough twist drill, flat drill, center drill, deep hole drill and nesting drill. Although reamers and spot facers cannot drill on solid materials, they are also customarily classified as drills.
Drill is a tool used to drill through holes or blind holes in solid materials, and can ream existing holes.
According to the use of reamers, there are hand reamers and machine reamers. Machine reamers can be divided into straight shank reamers and taper shank reamers. The hand is straight handle type. Reamers can be divided into many kinds according to different purposes, so there are many standards about reamers.
Reamers are used to ream holes on workpieces that have been drilled or reamed, mainly to improve the machining accuracy of holes and reduce the surface roughness. They are used for precision machining and semi precision machining of holes, and the machining allowance is generally very small.

Thread cutter
Thread cutters are used to process threads on the surface of parts, which have many forms.According to the variety, accuracy and production batch of threads, different methods and thread tools can be used to process threads.
According to different machining methods, thread cutters can be divided into two categories: cutting method and rolling method.
Thread cutting tools: thread turning tools, taps, dies, thread milling tools, and thread cutting heads with automatic opening and closing.
Thread rolling tools: thread rolling wheels and thread rolling plates.
Gear cutter
Gear cutter refers to the cutter for machining gear tooth profile. According to the type of gear to be processed, it can be divided into the following two types:
1、Involute gear cutter
Cutting tools for processing cylindrical gears: such as gear milling cutter, broach, hob, gear shaper cutter, shaving cutter, etc.
Worm gear cutting tools: such as worm gear hob, flying knife, worm gear razor, etc.
Machining bevel gear tools: such as gear planer, bevel gear milling cutter head, etc.
2、Non involute tooth cutter:
Such as cycloid gear cutter, spline hob, sprocket hob, etc.

Automatic line and NC machine tool
CNC tools have formed three major systems: turning tool system, drilling tool system and boring and milling tool system.
1、Turning tools: including excircle, inner hole, external thread, internal thread, grooving, end cutting, end cutting ring groove, cutting, etc.
2、Drilling tools: small holes, short holes, deep holes, tapping, reaming, etc.
3、Boring tools: including rough boring tools and fine boring tools.
4、Milling tools: face milling, vertical milling, three face edge milling and other tools.
