Fourth, a good fixture foundation and measurement technology level are required. It is difficult to analyze the cause of the fixture. Because it is qualitative, not quantitative. If there is no experience in fixture design and part installation, the difficulty will become greater. One of the basic machining skills to accurately measure the level is the ability to use vernier calipers, micrometers, micrometers, dial indicators, inner diameter micrometers, and vernier calipers.
